Job Summary:
Christian Recovery Centers Inc. is a growing non-profit organization focused on supporting those suffering from substance abuse. The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure efficient operation of technological and administrative systems.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide technical support for users by identifying and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
โ€ข Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
โ€ข Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
โ€ข Conduct system diagnostics and optimize performance.
โ€ข Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
โ€ข Assist in setting up workstations and ensuring that IT equipment is functioning properly.
โ€ข Document and track issues, resolutions, and support provided using the Airtable management platform.
โ€ข Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement improvements to IT systems and processes.
