Job Overview
Our client is seeking a seasoned Data Strategy & Analytics Leader to drive enterprise-wide data, analytics, and AI strategy. This is a senior leadership role responsible for aligning data initiatives with organizational priorities, championing responsible AI adoption, and delivering measurable business value. Experience within a legal services firm is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business, legal, finance, technology, and operations leaders to identify opportunities to leverage data for competitive advantage
  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with organizational strategic priorities
  • Establish and oversee enterprise data governance, data quality, privacy, and compliance standards
  • Build and modernize the organization's data architecture, platforms, and analytics capabilities - including Gen AI adoption
  • Deliver actionable insights and performance metrics to executive leadership
  • Champion responsible AI adoption and foster a data-driven culture through education, governance, and change management
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance data and digital capabilities
  • Establish measurable KPIs demonstrating business value and ROI of data and analytics initiatives
