We are a Christ-centered, faith-based group home dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and spiritually enriching environment for our residents. Our mission is to offer holistic carespiritually, emotionally, and physicallythrough compassionate leadership, daily structure, and Gospel-centered mentorship.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Christian Residential Leader who feels called to serve in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will be a spiritual role model and caregiver, fostering a loving and supportive home culture rooted in Christian values.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent spiritual mentorship and discipleship to residents and staff
  • Lead regular devotionals, prayer times, and Bible study sessions
  • Maintain a structured and safe daily routine within the home
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
    • Toileting, hygiene, and bathing
    • Meal preparation and cooking
    • Cleaning and maintaining a sanitary environment
    • Tutoring and homework support
    • Administering medications (per protocol)
    • Transportation to school, church, appointments, and outings
  • Support behavior management and crisis intervention using de-escalation techniques
  • Engage residents in recreational and spiritual activities
  • Accurately document daily care, incidents, progress, and concerns accurately and thoroughly
  • Provide Bible instruction tailored to age and developmental level
  • Pray with and for residents as part of daily life and during times of need



Qualifications:

  • A strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and active involvement in a local church
  • Experience in residential care, ministry, or social services preferred
  • Comfortable working with youth and/or vulnerable populations
  • Strong communication, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Must pass a background check and meet any applicable licensing requirements



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Theology, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience in trauma-informed care, youth development, or crisis response
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
