Lighthouse Solution Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide vital mental health services to individuals and families in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience in outpatient care, committed to delivering high-quality, personalized treatment.

Our team utilizes advanced telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive prompt and efficient mental health care regardless of their location. • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for clients, identifying their mental health needs and developing treatment plans accordingly.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with clinical and state requirements, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordination of aftercare services and discharge planning to provide clients with a clear path to continued success post-treatment.
• Actively contribute to building a referral network that attracts new patients and expands our community presence.
• Utilize active listening skills and empathy to forge strong therapeutic relationships with patients, providing personalized care that addresses their specific needs and concerns.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills and maintain licensure.

In this role, you will serve a diverse population within the community, from children and adolescents to adults and families, all presenting a range of mental health challenges. Our inclusive approach caters to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, focusing on recovery-oriented frameworks to empower individuals and families throughout their healing process.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic methodologies, including family systems and evidence-based practices.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly within a community health clinic environment.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for remote service delivery and documentation.
• Experience in treatment of diverse populations and the ability to adapt to various cultural backgrounds.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
