Job description


Support the Product Operations & Performance team in developing the Product & Technology (P&T) strategy, managing annual strategic planning, and shaping executive-level presentations. This role will help synthesize complex information into clear and compelling narratives that align various internal and external stakeholders on technology strategy, team priorities, and the value being delivered to guests, owners, and colleagues. The Analyst, Strategy and Operations will contribute to and operate in fast-moving, strategic work by bringing structure, discipline, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Your Day to Day
  • Support the development of P&T's strategy and priorities, helping to bring clarity to where we focus and how we deliver
  • Help enable the annual strategic planning process, translating strategic intent into clear, actionable plans
  • Create clear and compelling presentations for senior leadership, hotel owner groups, and IHG Board
  • Craft purposeful storytelling and messaging to ensure P&T's strategy, priorities, and progress are consistently understood by internal and external stakeholders
  • Accelerate delivery of critical organizational priorities, tracking progress, surfacing opportunities, and supporting stakeholder alignment

What We Need from You
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or a relevant field of work

  • 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, product operations, or related field

  • Strong strategic storytelling ability to synthesize complex information into clear, leadership-ready presentations, typically in PowerPoint

  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to shape messaging for different audiences

  • Solutions-focused problem-solver, comfortable stepping into new projects and shifting priorities as business needs evolve

  • Brings structure and discipline to fast-moving work, recommending and driving clear next steps

  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and coordinating across stakeholders

  • Experience using AI tools to enhance personal productivity and efficiency

Travel - 10%
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
