Receives, cleans, sterilizes and stores surgical instruments and equipment.

Performs and documents required quality assurance testing and inspections.Cleans, disinfects, decontaminates, and sterilizes surgical instruments and equipment using appropriate methods and substances.Properly disposes of bio-hazardous substances, chemicals, medical waste, and supplies.
