We are seeking a driven, hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team that specializes in engineered materials and coating solutions for semiconductor applications worldwide.
Salary Range: $95K - 100K

Minimum Qualifications

โ€ข Define and implement changes to manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency as well as improve yields and reduce cycle time.
โ€ข Develop and update procedures and work instructions for manufacturing processes based on customer requirements.
โ€ข Build parts, routings and anything related in ERP (Epicor) system.
โ€ข Disposition DMRs and RMAs when required in a timely manner.
โ€ข Assist in product development, production and detail departments with fixturing and tooling.
โ€ข Define inspection criteria based on statistical analysis.
โ€ข Evaluate and troubleshoot production and quality issues.
โ€ข Implement controlled changes to processes to improve quality and efficiency as well as improve yields and reduce cycle time.
โ€ข Provide material review dispositions for non-conforming materials or parts.
โ€ข Provide support to the production floor.
โ€ข Engage with supply chain to address quality issues.
โ€ข Review assigned projects to define, design, develop and deploy the most workable solution utilizing the least amount of resources.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

โ€ข Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering degree
โ€ข Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams.
โ€ข Experienced chemical processes a plus
โ€ข Understand GD&T drawings and technical specification requirements
โ€ข In-depth understanding of manufacturing process quality controls
โ€ข Zero to three (0-3) yearsโ€™ experience, preferably in process development
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Experienced with SPC, DOE, FMEA desirable
โ€ข Sound organizational skills.
โ€ข Strong verbal and technical writing abilities.
โ€ข Be highly motivated and able to work under strict deadlines.
โ€ข Experience in SolidWorks is desirable.
โ€ข Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
โ€ข Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds by self in a safe manner anything above that utilize a lifting device
โ€ข Extensive periods of sitting, talking on the phone, and working on the computer.
โ€ข Extensive periods of walking and standing.
โ€ข Flexible to train in other work areas as needed.
