About the Role:

KYT Technology Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in Redlands, CA. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a bilingual Chinese-English professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. If you're passionate about people, processes, and keeping operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires

Serve as a bilingual (Chinese/English) liaison between management, employees, and external partners

Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with company policies

Coordinate administrative office functions including correspondence, scheduling, and supply management

Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations matters

Draft and translate HR documents, policies, and communications in both Chinese and English

Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions as needed

Requirements:

Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English — written and verbal

1–3 years of experience in HR, administrative coordination, or a related role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS platforms

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor

Knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices is a plus

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
