Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager, under the supervision of the General Manager, is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating operations and non-management personnel for a single restaurant. The Restaurant Manager directs restaurant operations to ensure compliance with concept and health and safety standards and acceptable financial performance.

Essential Functions:

ยท Develop others

ยท Monitor all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure the quality of the product and customer service.

ยท Provide inspired leadership for the organization and help promote company culture.

ยท Assists with reporting, planning, and auditing of restaurant operations.

ยท Recruiting, interviewing and training of non-management employees.

ยท Examines restaurant for conformance to concept and health standards.

ยท Generates work schedules and performance reviews for all restaurant employees.

ยท Discusses issues related to ordering food, beverages, and supplies from vendors.

We Prefer experience on the following areas:

ยท 2+ years full-service Restaurant Management.

ยท Guest and Team Member passion and focus.

ยท Front of the House and Heart of House Leadership experience.
