Children's Hospital Administration refers to the management and oversight of pediatric hospitals or departments within larger healthcare facilities. Administrators are responsible for ensuring that the hospital runs efficiently, complies with healthcare regulations, and provides high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of children. Duties often include budgeting, staffing, policy development, patient safety initiatives, and collaboration with medical staff. These professionals help create an environment that supports both the medical and emotional needs of young patients and their families.
