Job description

Join our team if you’re passionate about creating joyful, high-energy experiences for kids and families. At Elite Sports Clubs, we bring people together through fitness, sports, and fun across our Milwaukee-area locations. Our clubs are built on connection — where members of all ages can belong, grow, and feel their best. We offer competitive compensation, 401k, PTO, childcare benefits, free club membership, service discounts, and more.

As our Children’s Programming Leader, you’ll take ownership of camp programs, School’s Out Days, Family Nights Out, and creative youth events at your club. You’ll bring fresh ideas, thoughtful planning, and contagious energy to everything you build — designing experiences that families look forward to and kids can’t stop talking about.

You’ll lead and support front-line teammates, ensure safe and engaging environments, and execute programs that are organized, creative, and aligned with our Elite standards. This role blends hands-on leadership, creativity, operational coordination, and hospitality to ensure every youth program feels special, seamless, and full of fun.

You’ll collaborate with club leadership to drive participation, grow enrollment, and continuously improve programming — always thinking outside the box and looking for new ways to elevate the member experience.

Key skills: creativity, youth program planning, camp execution, team leadership, communication, safety awareness, organization, hospitality mindset, and a genuine passion for working with children and families.
