Description
We’re currently looking for an Occasional Babysitter in Millcreek, UT 84124

A wonderful family near Holladay is seeking an occasional babysitter for their two children, ages 3 and 4, with an immediate start. Care is needed 1–4 times per month, most often on Fridays and Saturdays between 4:00pm–10:00pm, with occasional weekday evening needs (Monday–Thursday). On some Fridays, the caregiver may need to arrive by 1:00pm to pick up the family's 4-year-old from kindergarten at 1:30pm (10-minute drive using the family's vehicle). The family can typically provide 1–2 weeks' notice. Those applying do not need to be available for every request, but should understand that this position offers no guaranteed hours.

  • Length of Position: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Intermittent care – No guaranteed hours
    • Typical Needs: Monday–Saturday, primarily 4:00pm–10:00pm
  • Compensation: $18-$22 per hour

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of paid professional childcare experience
  • CPR certified, or willing to become certified
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
  • Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and valid auto insurance
  • Must speak English

Compensation
This position pays $18-$22 per hour, and the family is looking for intermittent care, as needed.
