Job Description

Full-Time/ Non-Exempt/ 10 months per year

Monday - Friday, some Saturdays. 40 hours

$15.20 per hour

The Early Head Start Child Care Partnership/Head Start Monitoring Specialist works with agency staff in the development, implementation and coordination of the agency's Early Head Start Child Care Partnership/Head Start Service and Early Childhood Education systems, supports the monitoring, analysis and reporting of outcomes, assists in the blending of administration and program to promote maximum efficiency of service delivery within Early Head Start Child Care Partnership/Head Start programming, and ensures all Early Head Start Child Care Partnership/Head Start services are in regulatory, licensure compliance.

Qualifications

Required 

Associate's in early childhood education or in related field with 18 hours in early childhood education with some experience in Head Start and Early head Start.

  Familiarity and competency with ChildPlus, modern office equipment, software and computer systems; familiar with and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Operating Systems (word, excel, powerpoint, etc.), word processing, spreadsheets and databases; and understanding of database systems and their utilization. 

Preferred

  Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or in related field with 18 hours in early childhood education with some experience in Early Head Start Child Care Partnership/Head Start.
