Job description

ERSEA Enrollment/Recruitment Technician Bilingual Preferred

The role of the ERSEA tech is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations related to Head Start, Early Head Start, and other early childhood education programs. The ERSEA tech will work with families to determine eligibility, conduct recruitment activities, process enrollment, and track and enter attendance. In partnership with the ERSEA team, this position maintains uploaded attachments (scans) by processing data and moving attachments to the appropriate module. ERSEA tech produces reports from ChildPlus that meet the needs of program areas as requested or required by program needs. ERSEA tech will address any inconsistences with reports in partnership with Managers or Directors. High school graduation or equivalent, three years of relevant experience preferred as well as bilingual preferred. Two years’ experience and demonstrated competency in computer office component software, such as MS Word, MS Excel or similar applications.

F/T Mon-Fri $20.37-22.45/hr.
