This position is a remote role that offers flexibility while focusing on client-centered care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at a hospice center, you will engage with clients primarily through telehealth services, as well as in-person consultations when necessary. Our remote work setting ensures that you can fulfill your responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

• Engage with clients through phone calls and in-person meetings, guiding them toward accessing necessary services.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather information about clients' backgrounds, challenges, and needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention services, addressing urgent emotional and psychological needs.
• Support clients and their families by offering vital information, resources, and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Facilitate collaborations by making referrals to relevant community agencies and other services that align with clients' needs.
• Maintain precise and organized client records, ensuring that documentation complies with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions, team meetings, and supervision.
• Monitor and report signs of child abuse and neglect to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable populations.

Your role will primarily involve working with clients who are navigating complex life situations, such as those impacted by neglect and abuse, both children and adults. You will provide compassionate support to individuals who are experiencing severe mental health challenges, as well as those affected by the substance abuse of family members. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients' experiences will be critical in promoting their overall mental well-being and fostering resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory for this position.
• A valid and active state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with clients facing issues such as mental health disorders, domestic violence, child abuse, and substance use challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to listen actively and respond sensitively to clients' needs.
• Competence in utilizing technology for documentation, telehealth sessions, and communication.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain in-person engagements.

• Experience developing treatment plans and executing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and tailored to the client's unique situation.
• Familiarity with community resources and agencies that can support clients seeking assistance.
• Strong background in crisis intervention strategies and techniques.
• Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for effective documentation and reporting.

Restore Wellness Counseling Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
