Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health status, concerns, and treatment goals, ensuring a deep understanding of each individual's needs.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, addressing diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma recovery.
• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to help clients navigate relationship dynamics, improve communication, and resolve conflicts in a supportive environment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific objectives and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in urgent mental health situations, ensuring they receive timely support and guidance.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources to empower them in their journey toward wellness.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, comprehensive treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Restore Wellness Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
