What You'll Do

  • Train and coach staff on effective teaching techniques.
  • Develop and improve vocational and life skills curriculum.
  • Create simple, engaging training materials and lesson plans.
  • Observe staff, provide feedback, and support their professional growth.
  • Help ensure participants receive high-quality, person-centered instruction.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Teaching credential preferred.
  • Experience teaching, training, or developing curriculum.
  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, age 21+, and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
