We are a mission-driven behavioral health organization operating at scale, focused on supporting individuals in the moments where clinical care alone isn’t enough—bridging the gap between treatment and everyday life through peer-based support.

We’re seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across a complex, multi-layered organization. This role requires an executive who can operate at both a strategic and systems level—driving alignment, accountability, and performance through a team of senior leaders overseeing large, distributed workforces.

Scope & Impact:

  • Provide executive oversight to multiple department heads responsible for large, frontline teams
  • Establish and reinforce accountability at the leadership level, ensuring consistency in execution across functions
  • Drive operational discipline, scalable infrastructure, and cross-functional alignment
  • Partner with the CEO to translate vision into measurable, organization-wide outcomes
  • Lead through complexity, ensuring quality and consistency across regions and service lines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience operating at the executive level within a mid-to-large, multi-site organization
  • Proven ability to lead through layers of leadership and influence large-scale teams indirectly
  • Strong systems thinker with a track record of building structure, accountability, and operational rigor
