Compensation: $865/week base pay + bonuses and incentives

Position Summary

The role of the Account Manager is a highly mobile, client-facing position responsible for educating customers on the benefits offered by Empower Financial Group of America and enrolling them into appropriate coverage. This field-based position requires 100% travel to pre-scheduled locations and plays a critical role in client acquisition, education, and service delivery. Success in this role is driven by professionalism, communication, and consistent performance.



Key Responsibilities


- Travel to pre-scheduled customer locations Tuesday through Friday

- Educate potential clients on health, life, and supplemental insurance benefits

- Enroll customers into appropriate coverage options

- Follow the company-provided 'Roadmap Training Guide'

- Complete assigned tasks to meet daily and weekly goals

- Attend weekly training calls to stay aligned with expectations

- Meet or exceed minimum production goals each week

- Capture life and retirement leads during client engagements

- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

- Submit accurate documentation and policy applications promptly
