As the COO & EOS Integrator, you are the operational leader responsible for turning vision into results. You ensure the business runs effectively day-to-day while aligning people, priorities, and execution to achieve company goals. What you will be doing as a COO & Integrator ..

Drive execution of the business plan across all functions, ensuring priorities are clear, owned, and completed Own company-wide performance, including P&L accountability, operational health, and key business outcomes Lead, coach, and hold leaders accountable to deliver results and follow through on commitments Serve as the bridge between vision and execution, translating strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes Identify and remove obstacles that limit performance by aligning people, processes, and resources Act as the tie-breaker and decision driver to maintain momentum and resolve cross-functional challenges Implement and reinforce the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), ensuring consistent use of tools such as: V/TO (Vision/Traction Organizer) Level 10 Meetings Scorecards, Rocks, and IDS Establish and maintain operating rhythms that connect daily execution to long-term strategy and financial results Ensure effective, transparent communication across the organization to drive alignment and accountability Oversee continuous improvement and adoption of core processes to enhance scalability and consistency Partner with the CEO to ensure the right people are in the right seats and the organization is structured for success Skills you ideally bring to the table as a COO & Integrator ...
