We are seeking a highly strategic, organized, and proactive Chief Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the CEO. This role operates at the center of the organization, translating the CEO’s vision into actionable priorities, driving alignment across the executive team, and ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives.

As Chief Executive Assistant, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO- amplifying impact by keeping leadership aligned, focused, and operating at peak effectiveness. You will play a critical role in holding the executive team together by ensuring priorities are clear, resources are appropriately allocated, and initiatives are executed with discipline. At the same time, you will enable the CEO to focus on the highest-value opportunities by filtering noise, managing competing demands, and driving organizational clarity.

This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. It requires strong business judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to lead high-impact initiatives while maintaining a constant pulse on company performance and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership & Executive Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, helping shape priorities, drive strategic planning, and support key business decisions
  • Keep the CEO focused on the highest-impact initiatives by managing competing priorities, filtering inputs, and ensuring time is spent effectively
  • Translate the CEO’s vision into clear, actionable goals and initiatives across the organization
  • Prepare executive briefings, decision frameworks, and high-quality materials to enable effective leadership discussions and decisions
  • Ensure follow-through on key decisions by tracking action items, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining accountability
  • Act as an extension of the CEO in internal and external interactions, representing priorities with professionalism and sound judgment

Executive Team Alignment & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Hold the executive team accountable to shared goals, ensuring alignment on priorities, sequencing, and execution
  • Ensure the leadership team is properly resourced and focused on the most critical business objectives
  • Drive clarity and alignment across leadership by facilitating structured communication, decision-making, and follow-through
  • Identify and resolve misalignment, bottlenecks, or gaps in ownership before they impact execution
  • Establish and manage leadership operating rhythms (e.g., executive meetings, planning cycles, objectives/key results) to maintain focus and accountability

Business Operations & Execution

  • Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with company strategy
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance
  • Manage and approve company expenses and reimbursements at a high level, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial discipline
  • Partner with leadership to optimize resource allocation, operational workflows, and organizational processes
  • Ensure initiatives are appropriately staffed, sequenced, and executed with discipline

Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication

  • Act as a central liaison across departments, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive transparency across the organization through dashboards, reporting tools, and structured updates
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and operational challenges, and address them before they escalate
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams, leadership, and external partners

Systems, Infrastructure & Operational Excellence

  • Design and implement scalable systems, dashboards, and processes that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making
  • Leverage technology and automation to streamline workflows and enhance organizational performance
  • Manage and optimize operational logistics and resources (e.g., vendors, equipment, company assets) to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness
  • Plan and execute leadership offsites, company events, and strategic meetings that drive alignment and culture

What You Bring

  • 4–8+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or senior executive support in high-growth environments
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving execution at a high level
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and influence decision-making
  • Exceptional organizational and systems-thinking skills, with a track record of building processes that scale
  • Demonstrated ability to align senior leaders, prioritize effectively, and drive accountability
  • Outstanding judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential matters
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action and ownership
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working with KPIs, budgeting, and operational performance metrics preferred
