Job Description

The Intern will work directly with chief digital strategist and chief innovation officer to develop and execute many digital marketing campaigns. The Interns is expected to predominantly work with social media content generation & engagement. Additionally, the intern will also help with email marketing campaign creation & execution, and blogger research.

Period: Feb, 2017 - May, 2017 (12 weeks) (Exact date is TBD)
Part-time (24 hours per week)
Compensation: Performance based

Responsibilities

Social Media Content Generation and Engagement (around 17-18 hours/ week)
1. Research effective and efficient content creation platforms
2. Select content creation platform based on the research
3. Create and publish content in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
        Facebook content should be published thrice a day
        Twitter content should be published 6 times a day
        Instagram content should be published thrice a day
        Content should be personalized for each medium
        Learn and operate Hootsuite or other social media automation tool
4. Engage people with comments, likes etc. in own content
5. Engage people with comments on other's content
6. Engage people by sharing our blogposts in social media and other blogging sites such as
Medium.com (There is no expectation from the intern to write blogs)

Email Marketing Campaign (around 5-6 hours/ week)
1. Understand SumoMe and execute it on our website
2. Research and select email marketing tool such as mailchimp
3. Develop weekly email idea and create design requirements for 16 weeks
4. Research industry practices for successful email marketing campaigns
5. Research and suggest 3 giveaway campaigns to collect email ids

Blogger & Industry expert Research (1-2 hours/ week)
1. Identify bloggers who work within mental health space
2. Research to estimate blogger followers
3. Identify each blogger's interest and draft initial email for each blogger describing why it's worth

4. Identify Industry experts who work within mental health space
5. Research to estimate followers of Industry experts
6. Identify each expert's interest and draft initial email describing why it's worth covering Rebounz


Qualifications

Undergraduate or Graduate degree in digital strategy or related education.
