Position: Chief Digital Strategist

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Oral Roberts University seeks a Chief Digital Strategist to work in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Duties: Lead design, development, and implementation of the organizations digital strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Lead digital transformation initiatives and integration of emerging technologies. Develop and communicate comprehensive digital strategy and technology roadmaps. Facilitate data-driven decision making through analytics and performance monitoring. Oversee digital security measures and regulatory compliance. Lead and mentor digital professionals. Manage relationships with technology vendors, strategic partners, and agencies. Research and analyze digital trends and customer behavior to inform strategy. Develop and manage budgets for digital initiatives. Design and implement digital collaboration solutions for global conferences and events. Engage with stakeholders globally and represent the organization at international events. Occasional international travel required.

Requirements: masters degree in digital transformation or business and bachelors degree in computer engineering or a technology-related field. Requires five (5) years of experience in digital transformation or a related business technology field. Experience must include working with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in cybersecurity, data analytics, and artificial intelligence; strong background in data analysis and use of metrics; experience leading and managing a team of digital professionals; knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the digital space; and some international work experience. Must be willing to travel globally as needed and adhere to the ORU Honor Code. EOE.
