The VP, Digital Strategy & Growth is responsible for defining and leading Glossier's enterprise-wide digital growth strategy across owned, earned, and paid digital channels. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, customer-centric thinking, and digital innovation expertise. They are equally comfortable setting long-term strategic direction, influencing executive stakeholders, and building the organizational capabilities necessary to support sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

EXPECTATIONS.

  • Partner with Technology leadership to define the digital capability roadmap, including platform modernization, customer data strategy, personalization capabilities, and future-state digital infrastructure
  • Champion customer-centric decision making across the organization by leveraging customer insights, behavioral data, and market trends to inform strategic priorities
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for digital transformation initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, customer engagement, and commercial performance
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and Creative leadership to ensure digital innovation supports and enhances Glossier's brand positioning while driving measurable business impact
  • Develop executive-level reporting and performance frameworks that provide visibility into the health, effectiveness, and growth potential of the broader digital ecosystem
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Commercial, Brand, Retail, Wholesale, Technology, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and execution
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital leadership team while fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Represent the voice of digital within the executive leadership team, ensuring digital opportunities and risks are incorporated into broader business planning and decision making
  • Stay ahead of industry trends across digital commerce, AI, customer engagement, marketplaces, social commerce, retail technology, and emerging consumer behaviors to ensure Glossier remains innovative and competitive
KEY INGREDIENTS.
