Job Summary:
Strategic Risk Solutions Inc (SRS) is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager who will lead the next phase of SRS storytelling, from content and design to PR and media, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
This role will be responsible for the enhancement of the firm's marketing and promotional activities and collateral materials, supporting the growth of the firm in its core business and expansion into new service offerings and territories. In addition, this role will provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and supervision to Marketing Associates, ensuring high-quality work and professional development.
Remote - Location Specific: United States Eastern or Central Time ZoneKey Responsibilities
Brand Stewardship

  • Monitor and curate visual and verbal brand standards across all global divisions to ensure a unified market presence
  • Manage the application of brand logos, typography, and graphic elements across all corporate touchpoints
  • Lead all design projects and interface with internal/external resources to deliver compelling visual and copywriting elements
  • Support cross-functional teams with their event and client meeting needs to ensure consistent high-quality experiences, from event planning to CRM support
Collateral Development
  • Design and update high-impact sales materials, including capabilities decks and business unit-specific presentations
  • Supply strong brand level communication elements to be used in RFPs
  • Convert complex captive insurance concepts into clear, executive-ready narratives for case studies and white papers
  • Manage production of video elements for social media, webinars, interviews, brand
  • Develop infographics and diagrams that illustrate SRS's captive structures and global reach for use in client-facing materials and on social media
  • Examine competitive and marketplace trends and make strategic recommendations on content topics and expressions to position SRS as thought leader
  • Create suite of event ready branded materials, including booth creative, pamphlets, CRM outreach pre/post event, and promotional social media materials
Platform & Project Management
  • Support the transition of HubSpot into a strategic "CRM Hub," focusing on generating compelling and action-oriented emails with lead attribution and ROI reporting
  • Manage content updates for the SRS website and microsites to ensure technical accuracy and SEO/GEO alignment, optimizing for new business outcomes
  • Lead oversight of SRS LinkedIn page content strategy, page and mailbox, driving content planning, measuring success metrics and optimizing against key KPIs
  • Develop SRS paid media strategy for website and B2B lead gen
  • Oversee the digital asset management system to ensure global teams have real-time access to approved marketing materials
  • Lead relationships with external agencies and contractor support team
PR and Media Elevation
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of highly engaging content that elevates SRS leadership status and awareness among key stakeholders
  • Assist on SRS's public relations initiatives including the writing and distribution of press releases, award submissions, managing media contacts and interview opportunities
  • Support the CMO in managing relationships with trade media and coordinating executive interviews or quotes
Skills & Competencies
Essential
  • 5-7 years prior marketing experience with a B2B focus
  • Experience mentoring and supervising junior team members
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot), and managing email marketing applications
  • Experience managing and optimizing B2B Social Media platforms (LinkedIn)
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent field
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, Adobe creative suite
  • Strong communications and writing skills for developing effective, professional, and creative messaging
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities and campaigns simultaneously
  • Self-manager with motivation to perform at a high level in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting, content generation and research
Desirable
  • Paid media experience (LinkedIn, Google)
  • SEO, GEO website optimization experience
  • Knowledge of captive insurance or related insurance services
  • Experience with project management software (ClickUp, Loopio)
  • Familiarity working within financial and/or regulatory environments
