Position Overview

RedRover is seeking a Sr. Director, Client Outcomes to lead the strategic and creative execution that drives measurable results for our B2B clients.


This is a unique opportunity for a marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with a powerful creative vision, someone who understands how to translate business goals into bold, award-winning campaigns that move the needle. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing strategy, creative storytelling, and the tactical execution required to bring ideas to life across digital, web, advertising, content, and integrated campaigns.


In this role, you will lead the teams responsible for delivering the work our clients depend on, from websites and digital campaigns to brand storytelling, content, PR, and integrated marketing programs. Your leadership will ensure every deliverable is not only beautifully executed, but strategically aligned to drive real business outcomes.


The Sr. Director, Client Outcomes plays a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision behind our client work while ensuring strategies translate into high-impact marketing programs that generate measurable results. Your ability to guide teams toward breakthrough ideas and exceptional execution will directly influence our clients success, their trust in our partnership, and ultimately the renewal and growth of those relationships.


You will lead a multidisciplinary team of creatives, designers, copywriters, web developers, and digital specialists, creating an environment where strong ideas thrive and great work gets better through collaboration and leadership.


As a member of the RedRover leadership team, you will collaborate with the COO and Head of AI to optimize agency capacity and elevate the tools, systems, and processes that enable our teams to deliver world-class creative and marketing execution while improving productivity, scaling automation, and increasing operational efficiency.


Above all, this role is about turning strategy into extraordinary work that drives results. helping our clients grow while ensuring RedRover consistently delivers the level of creativity, impact, and performance that defines great agency partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Execution

  • Oversee the strategic execution of all client marketing programs and deliverables across the agency.
  • Ensure alignment between client business goals, the GO Plan strategy, and all marketing initiatives.
  • Guide teams in delivering best-in-class B2B marketing across:
    • Website development
    • Digital campaigns and advertising
    • Content marketing
    • Email/newsletter programs
    • PR and communications
    • Print and brand collateral
    • Any project based client work
  • Attend and contribute to client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present strategic insights and creative performance.
  • Attend and contribute to client Renewal Process


Team Leadership & Creative Excellence

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including:
    • Creative leads
    • Designers
    • Copywriters
    • Web developers
    • Digital marketing specialists
  • Foster a culture of creative excellence, accountability, and strategic thinking.
  • Ensure high standards across all creative output and client deliverables.
  • Implement new tools and technologies across the organization

Operational Leadership & Capacity Planning

  • Partner with the COO to:
    • Manage resource allocation
    • Optimize capacity planning

  • Identify opportunities to improve agency workflow and project delivery.
  • Implement and refine tools, processes, and systems that support operational excellence.


Process Innovation & Marketing Technology

  • Introduce and implement new tools, platforms, and processes that enhance creative output and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure teams are equipped with modern marketing technologies and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management, creative collaboration, and production workflows.


Cross-Team Strategic Alignment

  • Work closely with the Director of Client Services to ensure client strategies translate into impactful marketing execution.
  • Partner with the Director of Research to ensure strategic insights are effectively implemented across accounts.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between strategy, account services, and creative teams.
  • Collaborate with the AI Leader to build scalable, repeatable processes and implement AI across the outcomes and deliverables teams.


Leadership Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the RedRover Leadership Team
  • Contribute to agency growth strategy and long-term vision
  • Help define and improve agency processes, service offerings, and capabilities
  • Support new business efforts and agency positioning when needed


Qualifications

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, creative, or digital agency leadership
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing strategy and execution
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across PPC, SEO, web development, and creative to deliver marketing outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize P&L performance, ensuring profitability while driving client impact
  • Strong track record of leveraging optimization, testing, and data-driven strategies (A/B testing, conversion optimization, etc.) to improve client MROI
  • Demonstrated success in building, developing, scaling and leading teams to achieve peak performance and measurable results
