We are currently hiring for: Sanitation Associate

The Sanitation Associate role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant production environment in a food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows strict sanitation procedures, and is committed to food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Follow all USDA, FDA, and company sanitation guidelines and procedures
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment for thorough cleaning
  • Use and handle cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with guidelines
  • Complete sanitation logs and documentation accurately
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP and GMPs
  • Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
  • Support production teams to ensure a clean and efficient work environment
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous sanitation or food manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in cold, wet, and fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
