Kitchen Staff / Back of House Team Member

Houston TX Hot Chicken – Camelback Road (Phoenix, AZ)
Grand Opening: February 21, 2026

Houston TX Hot Chicken is opening a brand-new location on Camelback Road in Phoenix, and we’re building a strong Back of House team to help launch this restaurant the right way. We’re looking for dependable, high-energy kitchen team members who take pride in execution, cleanliness, and teamwork.

This is an opportunity to be part of a grand opening kitchen team, establish strong habits from day one, and grow with one of the fastest-growing hot chicken brands in the country.


Position Summary

Back of House Team Members are responsible for executing Houston TX Hot Chicken’s menu with precision, speed, and consistency. Kitchen team members play a critical role in food quality, food safety, and overall guest satisfaction—especially during a new store opening when standards and expectations are set.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to HHC recipes and standards

  • Properly bread, fry, toss, and finish chicken to brand specifications

  • Maintain speed, accuracy, and portion control during peak periods

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures

  • Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times

  • Label, rotate, and store food properly (FIFO)

  • Communicate clearly with FOH and leadership during busy shifts

  • Assist with prep, dish, and closing duties as assigned

  • Support teammates to ensure smooth kitchen flow
