Front of House Team Member

Houston TX Hot Chicken - University Drive (Tempe, AZ)

Houston TX Hot Chicken is hiring energetic, bubbly, guest oriented front of house team members.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a legacy team, set the tone for the restaurant from day one, and grow with a brand that prides itself on quality food, exceptional service, and an unmatched guest experience.


Position Summary

Front of House Team Members are the face of Houston TX Hot Chicken. You will be responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for every guest. FOH team members play a critical role during a new store opening by setting service standards, building repeat guests, and representing the HHC brand with pride.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every guest with a positive attitude and sense of urgency

  • Operate the POS/register accurately and efficiently

  • Take orders, answer menu questions, and confidently upsell add-ons and combos

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, beverage station, and restrooms

  • Assist with expo and order handoff to ensure accuracy and speed

  • Perform table touches and lobby checks to enhance the guest experience

  • Restock FOH items (cups, lids, napkins, sauces, etc.) as needed

  • Communicate clearly with BOH and leadership during peak hours

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and brand standards

  • Support team members and leaders as needed during high-volume shifts
