Job Summary and Qualifications

Shifts will be 5 eight-hour shifts.

Serves as patient/nurse/provider liaison in care pathway for the chest pain, ACS/AMI patient population: manages daily census list, oversees documentation compliance to standards of care and core measures, collaborates with clinical staff and providers to ensure evidence based standards of care are being followed and communicates with care team any follow up needs for patient course of care. ย 


Participates as a team member for the Cardiovascular Services Multidisciplinary team and committee.ย Responsible forย reporting outย TCD scorecard metrics on overall program performance andย facilitatesย performance improvement projects related to clinical performance variances with clinical teams and committees.ย 

What qualifications you will need:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support
  • (RN) Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
