To thrive as a Chest Pain Program Coordinator, you need a strong background in nursing or healthcare, experience with cardiac care, and often a BSN or related clinical degree. Familiarity with data management systems, accreditation standards (such as the American College of Cardiology Chest Pain Center), and quality improvement tools is essential.
