This is why we are seeking a driven, curious, relentless, and relationship-focused problem-solver to join our team as a Sales Account Manager in our Indianapolis, IN location.

Our Sales Account Managers are responsible for growing our business with new and existing customers. They match customer needs with our broad product portfolio, supported by our digital tools, network of technical experts, specialized market expertise, and global distribution network.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Consultative Selling: Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts.
  • Sales Prospecting: Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory.
  • Customer Experience Advocate: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers.
  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.

 

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar role within the B2B sales environment and a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets. 
  • You're not just driven-you're self-directed and focused on outcomes. You take initiative, act decisively, and consistently deliver results.
  • You're a good listener and are curious, with a passion for learning about the customers' needs, solving problems and winning business.
  • You plan and prepare so you can conduct effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals. 
  • A bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
