Vespertine is seeking a dedicated chef assistant to the Research and Development chef.
This employee will work directly with the Research and Development chef and Culinary Director to accomplish preparation and execution tasks necessary to successfully update the menus across Vespertine, Destroyer, and Meteora. The employee will also play an integral role in seeing each new menu item through in the service of each restaurant.
The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, astute, and well versed in multiple culinary techniques.
