Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba) is accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Cuisine for Uchi Nashville. In this role, you'll provide coaching, leadership, and support to your chefs and kitchen teams to achieve their highest potential. In addition to day-to-day operations, you'll organize the conception and evolution of the restaurant's dishes through our specials program. We at Uchi Restaurants pride ourselves on our vibrant culture; a culture of craft, continuing education, career advancement, and a whole lot of fun!

Uchi Nashville is coming soon! We are currently accepting applications for candidates who can temporarily relocate to one of our existing markets to train with us (lodging included). Training available in Austin, TX (preferred), Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Miami, FL, Denver, CO, Scottsdale, AZ, West Hollywood, CA.

  • Provide guidance and leadership to Sous Chefs
  • Monitor and analyze unit KPI's
  • Operational, financial, and administrative oversight and guidance
  • Engagement and enrichment of kitchen teams
