Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba) is accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Cuisine for Uchi Nashville. If you're searching for your next opportunity and want to join a growing, award-winning organization, we invite you to apply! In this role, you'll provide coaching, leadership, and support to your chefs and kitchen teams to achieve their highest potential. In addition to day-to-day operations, you'll organize the conception and evolution of the restaurant's dishes through our specials program. Uchi Nashville is coming soon! We are currently accepting applications for candidates who can temporarily relocate to one of our existing markets to train with us (lodging included). Training available in Austin, TX (preferred), Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Miami, FL, Denver, CO, Scottsdale, AZ, West Hollywood, CA.
