About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is responsible for supporting the Pastry Chef in overseeing daily pastry kitchen operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and guest experience.

What You Will Do
  • Supervise the pastry team and daily operations for the assigned outlet
  • Assist in developing recipes, creating seasonal specials, and managing inventory orders
  • Lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Sous Chef
  • Train and mentor team members on recipes, techniques, and presentation standards
  • Prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods in accordance with established standards
  • Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation at all times
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and storage standards in line with SOPs
  • Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and support food cost control efforts
  • Organize daily production, including prep lists, line setup, and freezer pulls
  • Ensure proper labeling, dating, and rotation of all food items
