THE ROLE
As Sous Chef, you'll partner closely with the Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, drive execution, and develop a high-performing BOH team - while bringing the Eureka! culinary experience to life every day.

Support and lead daily BOH operations in a high-volume restaurant
Coach, train, and develop kitchen team members

Ensure food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
Partner with FOH leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
