Sous Chef Bulle – Ultra Fine Dining | Fresno, CA

Bulle is an upscale modern California restaurant in Northwest Fresno, focused on exceptional ingredients, refined technique, and an elevated guest experience. We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team.

This is a key leadership role where you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency, and help drive the creative direction of the menu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, recipe execution, and daily specials
  • Lead and supervise the kitchen team during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain strict standards for food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control in collaboration with the culinary leadership
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
