Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, creativity, and a strong leadership ability.


Responsibilities:

- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation

- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our restaurant's vision

- Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure freshness and minimize waste

- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and profitability

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu planning

- Proven experience as an Head Chef or similar role
