Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create and implement menus that align with the brand’s vision while appealing to our discerning clientele.
  • Manage inventory, procurement of high-quality ingredients, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous health and safety protocols, guaranteeing compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze kitchen processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
