Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Fenton, MI. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food production.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Help develop new menu items and recipes in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
