Position Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or formal training preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of culinary experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment, with supervisory responsibility.
• Solid knowledge of food products, preparation techniques, and kitchen standards.
• Basic understanding of food and labor cost awareness and the ability to support cost-control efforts.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What is in it for you?
• Competitive Salary, Early Wage Access, and Paid Time Off

• Employee Assistance Program and 401(k) employer match every paycheck.
• Discounted Monthly On-Site Self-Parking, Discounted Dry Cleaning, and Cell Phone reimbursement.
• Wide range of career growth, leadership development, and advancement opportunities across multiple luxury hotels, restaurants, spas, and resorts
• Room discounts at Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Historic Hotels of America, and Preferred Hotel properties.
