We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations.
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes meet established quality standards.
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Contribute to menu development, including specials and seasonal items.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
