As a Sushi Chef, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional dining experience and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and craft a wide variety of sushi dishes, including maki, nigiri, and sashimi, according to traditional recipes and individual customer preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Select and source fresh ingredients, ensuring quality and freshness are consistently met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
- Innovate and introduce new sushi recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience and attract new customers.
