Position Summary:This position is responsible for manufacturing a high quality cheese. Duties will range from cheese production all the way through the packaging process all while assuring that the quality of the product is consistent.
A glance at what a day at work might look like:
Monitor and control production machinery
Monitor and use Clean in Place (CIP) procedures on product machinery and tools
Correctly take samples of product for lab testing
Maintain appropriate production recordsFill out proper documentation in accordance to customer specification and government agencies
Aid other employees to maintain a safe process and quality product
Follow Safety ProceduresMaintain clean work environmentAid plant manager on the shift by following his/her directions
Operate within HACCP guidelines to assure safe, quality product
Requirements:Physical RequirementsThis position requires the following frequent actions and/or conditions:Twisting, bending, and squatting with 50lb object in hand
