Our cheer program will teach various dance and cheer combinations, basic stunts, and fun choreography. Along with these skills, participants will build teamwork, confidence and leadership skills.

Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and engaging Cheer & Dance Instructor to lead an after-school enrichment program for elementary students. The instructor will introduce students to basic cheerleading and hip hop dance techniques while promoting teamwork, confidence, creativity, and physical fitness in a fun and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead age-appropriate cheer and hip hop dance lessons for K-6 students
  • Teach basic choreography, rhythm, coordination, and movement skills
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere
  • Maintain student engagement and manage classroom behavior appropriately
  • Prepare simple routines that may be showcased at the end of the program
  • Communicate professionally with school staff and program coordinators
  • Ensure student safety at all times
