Guest Adventures Recreation Attendant at Cheeca Lodge & Spa
Join Our Team: Northwood Hospitality LLC, operating Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada, FL, is looking for enthusiastic Recreation Attendants. Dive into a role where you enhance the guest experience by actively engaging in the operation and oversight of our recreational amenities.
Position Overview:
  • Job Title: Guest Adventures Recreation Attendant
  • Location: Cheeca Lodge & Spa, Islamorada, Florida Keys

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inform guests about available activities and assist them with recreational equipment like bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and golfing gear.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around pools, beaches, and piers, ensuring all areas are free of debris.
  • Provide guests with precise directions to both resort amenities and local attractions, enhancing their stay with personalized recommendations.
  • Manage the distribution and collection of towels, ensuring lounge areas are tidy and welcoming.

Requirements:
  • Passion for guest service and outdoor activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Must be 16 years old and speak and understand English fluently
  • Must already be eligible to work in the USA - sorry no sponsorships.
