Job description

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County, a program of CHD, is seeking a Program Supervisor. Since 1975, CHD's Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County has been providing one-to-one mentoring relationships to local children in need of positive adult influence and friendship. You will be contributing to our continued efforts to fulfill a vision for all young people to have opportunities to succeed. CHD's Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County is a program of CHD and an affiliate of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
Your role as Program Supervisor:
The Program Supervisor oversees the case management team, mentor recruitment, and compliances with program quality standards, and maintains a caseload of one-to-one matches. This position also includes collaborating with the Program Director on grant writing and reporting, marketing and communications, and other activities to support the overall program and agency as needed. The Program Supervisor works within the team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers. The candidate must have a strong commitment to working with and embracing the culturally diverse population of Hampshire County, and knowledge of the local community is a strong plus. Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred
  • Prior experience working with adolescents, children, and families
  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice

  • Personal vehicle available for employment use
  • All candidates must complete and pass background record screening process, and driving record check

Schedule and compensation:
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday with some weekends and evenings.
This position is fully on-site based in Hadley, MA offering full benefits and a starting salary range of $45,000-$47,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
