Role Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for high-volume recruiting and onboarding support for Cinemark theatres across a designated region. This role requires hands-on facilitation of virtual onboarding sessions, management of the Cinemark chatbot, and partnership with theatre hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to first day on the job.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for recruiting high volumes of hourly employees across a wide region of Cinemark theatres.
  • Handle all aspects of the recruiting process, including job postings, candidate movement, and reporting.
  • Hold regular calls with hiring managers at supported theatres to review staffing needs, candidate progress, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and accurate records for all hires.
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and theatre teams, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Manage and monitor Cinemark's chatbot, ensuring candidates receive timely and accurate information throughout the application process.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding shifts for new hires to ensure all onboarding paperwork and training are completed.
  • Support additional tasks typical of high-volume recruiting, such as process improvement initiatives and assisting with special projects as needed.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude; ability to multitask, attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong communication skills to drive hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to compliance and process accuracy.
  • Comfortable conducting virtual onboarding and supporting remote teams.
  • Customer service mindset and dedication to providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Experience hiring for high volume or theatre operations; customer-facing environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is a plus but not required.
