Job description

Summary
Under the direction of the Dealer Support Leadership, the Dealer Support Coordinator I is responsible for the day-to-day dealer orders and interactions, while contributing to the growth of the company by performing a high level of dealer support and quality service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
 
  1. Communicate effectively with dealers via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Process orders in a timely fashion (average 25+ orders per day) by 90 days.
  3. Assist dealers in a timely, prompt, professional and friendly manner.
  4. Provide knowledgeable answers to our dealers regarding product, pricing, and availability.
  5. Help dealers navigate our e-commerce and assist in the ordering process.
  6. Research and solve dealer concerns and/or issues.
  7. Attend and actively participate in scheduled meetings.
  8. Provide high level of service and dealer support.
  9. Manages $1-6 Million in Order Volume.
  10. Manage 1 Key Account over 500k.
  11. Communicate effectively with other departments as needed regarding order and dealer relations.
  12. Proactively manage dealer accounts by notifying dealers of potential stock issues or shipment delays.
  13. Follow & Demonstrate Bath Concept’s Core Values.
 
Education and/or Experience
  • Requires an Associates Degree or 2 – 3 years of related experience in an office environment.
  • High level of computer literacy, to include MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with others.
  • Ability to complete purchase orders, schedules and assigned reports.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proper email etiquette.
