Fire Protection Services, LLC seeks an experienced and highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our Customer Service Team.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
  • Managing customer accounts, following up with customers, and providing troubleshooting assistance for customer-related issues.
  • Reaching daily goals of outbound sales activities.
  • Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads, and providing data to the Sales Team.
  • Developing and monitoring performance indicators.
  • Managing the Sales database.
  • Assisting with customer visits and providing outside sales support as needed.
