Consumer Sales Specialist

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: To provide excellent customer service to LFI consumers through innovative problem solving and by providing timely information that exceeds customer expectations and enhances the company's brand loyalty, and growth. This position requires a high level of professionalism, including written and verbal communication, and system skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (Other duties may be assigned.):

  1. Engaging with customers via phone calls, e-mail, live chat, and social media
  2. Advocate for the end consumer to ensure we are creating the best customer experience
  3. Use creative problem-solving to find solutions for customer issues
  4. Educate and/or sell our product to the customer
  5. Entering customer information via Windows and cloud-based software
  6. 7 hours of phone/email/chat/social responsibility per day

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

Perform other duties, as assigned by Consumer Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  1. College degree or equivalent experience
  2. 1 - 2 years customer service experience preferred

TOOLS/EQUIPMENT USED:

  2. Basic skill in Excel, MS Word, Outlook

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must occasionally work in distribution as business fluctuations warrant. The noise level of the work environment is usually moderate.
