Pay Range: Starting at $105,000 per year + performance-based bonus

What You’ll Do
  • Lead all aspects of daily community operations, ensuring excellence in resident care, service delivery, and team culture.

  • Oversee sales, marketing, and occupancy goals to achieve full lease-up and sustained growth.

  • Manage financial performance including revenue, expense control, and profitability targets.

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while upholding Charter’s mission and standards.

  • Build and mentor a strong, compassionate team dedicated to serving seniors with purpose and joy.

  • Represent Charter Senior Living in the community through outreach and partnership development.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven success as an Executive Director or Licensed Administrator in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting.

  • Demonstrated achievement in sales growth and financial management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience opening or leading a new community (lease-up) preferred but not required.
